Job Description:
- Must have experience managing a Team of at least 8-10 Developers.
- Must have technically directed Developers in their Design and Implementation activities
- Must have delivered Enterprise Products (6-9 month Main Release cycles and monthly/bi-monthly bug/enhancement Releases). Must have done this for multiple Releases (at least 24 month span) in an Organization
- Must be familiar with LAMP technologies and delivering Enterprise Products on LAMP stack
- iOS and Android Development/Technologies background is a major plus
- Experience delivering Solutions in Identity and Access Management, Enterprise Security and Compliance is a major plus.
Skills Required:
- Manage Team of Senior, Mid-level and Junior Developers
- Responsible for Team's weekly/monthly deliverables
- Responsible for Engineering Processes & Activities
- Deliver Design by working with Team
- Design & Code Reviews
- Responsible for Tuebora Product Release Management
- Product Release Plan
- Deliver Major and Minor Product Releases
- Responsible for Release Plan risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation
