• Selling & cross selling travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions.
• Sales conversion & efficient customer service. 
• Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
• Dealing with customers and meet customer requirements in English Language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 24*7 work environment.
• 0-2 years of experience in voice process.
• Rotational shifts.
• Free cab facility.
• Experience or knowledge of GDS, Sabre, Amadeus would be an added advantage. 

Skills :

• Candidate should be flexible for rotational shifts.
• Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts.
• Candidate should be flexible with rotational weekly offs.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
