• M.B.B.S,MS/MD,M.Com,M.Sc,Any Post Graduates can apply
• Masters Degree in Library Science or Library and information Science of a recognized University or Institute.
• Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute 
• Responsible for operation, maintenance and management of Institute Library 
• Assist in procurement of Books, periodical, Teaching, materials, planning and organizing of the Library, Information Centre, Exhibitions, Publication, Advertisement and publicity of Institutes activities, Technical processing of documents, Information and documentation service. 
• Assist in administration work of the institute. HQ: Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi with liability to serve anywhere in India.
