- Sourcing the resumes through Job portals, references, databases as per Requirement.
- Conducting preliminary interviews.
- Generalist Work (e.g- MIS, Payroll, Employee Grievance, Leave Mgmt etc).
- Should have good communication skills.
- Freshers or experienced both are welcome.
- MBA with Specialization in HR is mandatory.
- Candidates working in consultancy will be given preference.
- Freshers with internship in Recruitment will add extra value.
