Job Description :
- To handle customer service calls from US Customers.
- To handle customers queries for international Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance.
- To ensure that customer escalations are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
- Should be able to provide First Call Resolution.
- Meeting targets while maintaining quality.
Skills Required :
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should have international BPO experience
- Working knowledge of GDS Amadeus and/or Sabre
- Ability to Work under Pressure
- Graduate/undergraduate
- Good selling skills
- Should have zeal to perform
- Willing to work 24*7
