• Education Requirements: Degree in Engineering/Technology in Leather/Rubber/Plastic/Mechanical/Polymer/Computer Science/ Chemical from a recognized University/Institution.
• Experience Requirements: Masters Qualification in Engineering/Technology in Leather/Rubber/Plastic/Mechanical/ Computer Science or Management from a recognized University/Institution.
• Desirable Qualifications: Masters Qualification in Engineering/Technology in Leather/Rubber/Plastic/Mechanical/ Computer Science or Management from a recognized University/Institution.
• Head Skills: Experience in organizing & conducting Training Programme for benefit of Sports Goods industry/Experience in Manufacturing/R&D works in Sports Goods industry in addition to practical experience in planning, HRD programme, seminar and use of modern audio visual equipments/teaching aids in training, etc.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years. (Relaxable by 5 years for Internal/SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and for PH/Ex-Serviceman as per Govt. of India Rules)
