Job Description :

• Responsible for winning new clients from US / European Market
• Identify prospects Through social media, referrals, cold calls, networking, email campaigns and more
• Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities
• Initiate a communication and make presentation to customers and business stake holders such as Director, Vice President
• Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-ups.
• Understand and develop the technical and business requirements for our customers, along with our internal team.
• Be able to match appropriate service offering to clients requirements.
• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, e-mail, social media etc.
• Update and maintain prospect base by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis.
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales goals..

Required Skills : 

• Successful track record in IT Business Development framework
• Strong experience in US IT market
• Experienced and confident in writing propositions/bids, creating presentations and writing external reports
• Experience of pro-actively generating leads
• Able to communicate and converse effectively with senior people in order to gain trust and confidence
• Should have excellent communication and problem solving skills with strong customer focus and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willing to work on US timings (night shift)
