• Hands on experience on using the job portals
• Responsible for Sourcing through different channels of Recruitment.
• Conducting preliminary rounds & coordination with panel for maximum selections.
• Coordination with stakeholders for timely closure.
• Responsible for documentations to release offers on time
• Responsible for maintaining tracker and data
• Responsible for Field and Outstation Hiring & on time delivery (OTD)

Skills :

• Should be flexible to work as per business requirement
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be proactive in his/her approach
• Should be comfortable working in a Target driven environment.
• Should have better knowledge on Domestic Telecom industry
• Should be comfortable to travel to different locations as per the hiring requirement
• MS Office : Word, Excel & Power-point
• Only for Kannada speakers.
