Job Description :
- As it is a US based company, the position is open for Rotational shift (primarily in night).
- All candidates would get trained on most expensive and widely used ticketing tool – Amadeus. Hence, looking for the candidates interested in Air ticketing only.
- Any qualified Graduate including B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/BCA can apply. 10+2 candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required :
- Freshers with a go-getter attitude and good in voice communication
- Zeal to excel in Amadeus & Sabre CRS tool
- Flexible working in shifts, preferably NIGHT shift
- Fluency in English is must
Selection Procedure :
- HR Screening round (In-person)
- Computer based assessment on English grammar (60min) (In-person)
- Customer Focus assessment (25min) (In-person)
- Final round with the Manager
