Job Description :
- We are Hiring Customer service Executives for Inbound process with proficiency in the below mentioned skills.
- Need to ensure all Customer Services Complaints & Queries are resolved as per the TAT defined.
- Call resolution along with ensuring high quality of service with zero unscheduled leaves/ absenteeism.
- Looking for candidates who are multi lingual (English and Hindi is mandatory) .
- Any other language apart from these two would be added benefit.
Skills Required :
- Preference will be given to Male candidates with English and Hindi language skills.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of MS Office & email etiquette is considered.
- Comprehension Skills.
- Insurance knowledge & Experience in Customer service
